Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date they were delivered to you.
- The item must be in its original condition, free from scratches, size alterations, signs of wear, or any damage.
- Certain special orders, such as engraved items, custom ring sizes, custom chain lengths, and personalized pendants, are subject to a 20% restocking fee regardless of their condition.
Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at jewellinkersoft@gmail.com or call (786) 518-8851. We will arrange for the return and repair of the item at no additional cost to you.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Obtain Your Return Authorization (RMA) Number: Email us at jewellinkersoft@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once approved, you will receive an email with your RMA number and further instructions for shipping.

Package Your Order:
- Place the item in its original packaging with all included materials.
- Include the RMA number on the receipt and the outside of the package.
- Any promotional items or gifts included with the order must be returned; otherwise, the full retail price will apply.

Ship Your Return:
- For your protection, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service like FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items.
- Do not write jewelry-related terms on the package for security purposes.
Refunds and Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 to 12 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
Canceled Orders:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at jewellinkersoft@gmail.com or (786) 518-8851. Once your order is in process, cancellations may not be possible for custom items. A restocking fee of 6% may apply for canceled orders.
IMPORTANT:
Do not send any returns without first receiving an RMA number from us, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Quality Assurance:
Softlinker Solutions LLC’s Quality Assurance department reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the product. Once your items have been received and accepted, you will receive full store credit for the cost of the item, excluding shipping, handling, and insurance costs. If a refund is requested, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Please allow 7 to 12 business days after the items have been received for your credit to be processed.
